To use the x77u Platform, you must register a single personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) x77u account only. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, Pakistani mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering your x77u account, you warrant and represent that:
x77u reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for such refusal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. x77u will not be liable for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Account security: Never share your x77u password with any other person. x77u staff will never ask for your full password. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, contact x77u support immediately via live chat.
x77u operates a strict 21-and-above age policy. No individual under the age of 21 is permitted to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on the x77u Platform. x77u is legally and ethically committed to preventing underage gambling.

By making a deposit, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used and that the funds being deposited are not proceeds of illegal or criminal activity. x77u applies anti-money laundering (AML) screening to deposit activity and may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding defined thresholds.

x77u does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. Any charges applied by the receiving bank or mobile wallet provider are outside x77u's control and are borne by the Player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x77u Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
Consequence of prohibited conduct: x77u reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of prohibited conduct, withhold any funds pending investigation, and permanently close the account upon investigation completion without obligation to refund withheld amounts where prohibited conduct is confirmed.
All content on the x77u Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to x77u and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x77u Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of x77u.
Use of the x77u brand name, logo, or any associated marks for any commercial purpose — including affiliate marketing without a formal written agreement with x77u — is strictly prohibited.

x77u may share your personal data with third-party service providers engaged to support platform operations — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud detection systems — subject to appropriate data processing agreements. x77u does not sell personal data to third-party marketing companies.

In the event of account closure due to breach of these Terms, x77u may withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, such balances may be forfeited in full. Where no breach is confirmed, x77u will return any legitimately deposited funds (excluding bonus balances) to the Player via the original deposit method.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their x77u account for any reason may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure is refunded to the verified payment method on file, subject to withdrawal terms and KYC requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x77u, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the x77u Platform, including but not limited to:

x77u's decisions regarding bet settlement are final once made and cannot be reversed on the basis of subsequent result corrections by a sporting governing body unless the applicable sport-specific market rules explicitly permit such corrections.
x77u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
